After Sales Warranty

1. One year warranty for a period from the date of purchase.
2. Keep the purchase receipt or record.
3. Complimentary gift (if any) is not covered by the warranty.
4. Defects under normal use within this warranty period will be repaired or replaced.
5. This warranty does not cover man-made factors, damage due to unauthorized disassembly or repair, normal wear and tear after usage, filter (unless the filter is damaged before use)
6. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
